Villiera has a strong focus on bottle-fermented sparkling wines. A joint venture with a French champagne specialist in the mid 1980’s culminated in some of the finest Cap Classiques in the country. The current highly acclaimed range includes Tradition Brut, Tradition Rosé Brut, Starlight (low alcohol), Monro Brut (Vintage Prestige cuvee) and Villiera Brut Natural (additive free).
