From 3 relatively young vineyards, this Pinot Noir is light feeling and bright with modest fruitiness which opens up as the wine breathes. Good balance with supportive oaking.
Subtle Pinot fruit flavours of cranberry, cherries red forest berries and jellied fruit. A lovely backbone structure with some black pepper, red rabarber and pomegranate complexity.This wine has a sublime soft acidity and firmness.
