Lieben is a small, family owned, boutique winery in Hemel en Aarde which translates to “Heaven on Earth.” The terroir is ideal for this beautifully crafted Pinot Noir. Gorgeous nose with cherries, floral, spice, earth and cocoa. The palate is elegant and refined with wonderful acidity. Smooth finish with a hint of spice.This Pinot Noir wine has a lovely translucent, red plum colour. The silky-smooth taste of ripe strawberries and raspberries enfolded in supple tannins with a hint of oak in the background fills the palate.
