Cederberg vineyards are among the highest in South Africa, over 1000 m above sea level in the dry, breathtaking landscape of the Cederberg North of Cape Town. Seven selected barrels were used to produce 600 cases. Delicate aromas of honey, lime zest, roasted nuts and peaches laced with sweet vanilla undertones. Well-integrated wood and ageing on the lees developed a full, rich palate with a smooth lingering finish. This Chenin Blanc is concentrated and structured for longevity. An elegant well crafted wine. Bottles presenting defaults like “cork taste” or similar anomalies can be returned and will be replaced by the seller, provided tis availability. If a vintage is not anymore available, the buyer accepts the replacement by a product as close to the one purchased. No cash refund is possible.
